You have to make payment according to the payment terms of the accepted quotation.
Delay in the payment from your side can cause delay in the shipment. Shifteasy or its Partner
won’t be responsible for it.
You are advised not to entertain any kind of tip requests of Shifteasy Partner personals.
Shifteasy Partner personal will visit your place to collect the vehicle.
You have to handover keys of the vehicle along with the copies/original* of vehicle
documents: Registration Certificate, Insurance Certificate, Pollution Under Control
Certificate and Owner Identity Proof. *For some regions, they require original documents.
Our Partner can drive the vehicle from your pickup location to the enclosed car carrier/ open
trailer/ warehouse and back to your drop location. The total distance covered in this case
can go up-to 150 kms or more.
16 ltr petrol/diesel should be available in the vehicle. In case of excess fuel, it would be
drained out for safety purpose. You will get the vehicle with almost empty fuel tank.
You should not put any items/belongings inside the vehicle. If there is any such
requirement then you have to inform in advance so that Shifteasy can confirm the possibility
with the Partner. Shifteasy or its Partner won’t be responsible for items placed in
Other terms & conditions are applicable as mentioned in Goods Consignment Note.
You might find your vehicle in little-bit dirty condition from outside at the time of delivery,
since it can be driven on roads for pickup and delivery purposes.
In case of electric vehicle, it is compulsory for customer to handover the vehicle in fully-
charged condition. The vehicle can be charged by Partner before delivery also.
You should examine vehicle's condition at the time of delivery before signing on delivery
confirmation receipt. If any complaint has to be registered, it should be done at the time of
delivery only. Complaint should be registered by sending a mail to email@example.com with
the attached images of the vehicle.
Car shipments might take 3 to 5 days or more to load and dispatch from the pickup city based on the availability of the transport services.
If you want to make some changes in shipment information or want to reschedule pickup date, you need to inform Shifteasy first instead of directly informing to our partner. In such cases we won't be able to help you on any kind of issues without this critical information.
